It is my desire to give you a pause, a space in which you can stop and breathe and exist within your body.
My work is essentially about listening, and and providing feedback to your body. Receiving bodywork can be a fantastic way of going inside and enlightening those places that have been enshrouded in stiffness, pain, or obscurity. It can also be a lovely process of learning about your body and figuring out how to move and exist optimally.
My ultimate goal is to empower you to heal yourself. By creating space and balance in your system, my intention is to activate the primary self-regulating and self-repairing
